Packages

every moment
Full day coordination is ideal for weddings and full-day events.
You’ve done all the planning, now it’s time to hand things over and enjoy your day. I’m there from the morning right through to the night, supporting you every step of the way. From getting ready and ceremonies to photos and the reception, I manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, assist with decor set up and take care of the details behind the scenes.
My role is to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can stay present, relaxed and focused on celebrating, knowing someone has everything under control.
the in-between moments
Half day coordination is ideal for support during a specific part of your day.
If you don’t need full-day coverage, half-day coordination is a great option. I can support the first half of your day including the morning of, tea ceremony, and civil or church ceremony or step in later to manage the reception and evening celebrations.
I’ll keep things on schedule, liaise with vendors and make sure each moment flows seamlessly, giving you peace of mind and space to enjoy the parts of the day that matter most to you.
A LITTLE EXTRA CARE
Hourly coordination is ideal for smaller events and intimate celebrations.
Planning a birthday, bridal shower, or smaller event and just need extra support on the day? My hourly coordination option is flexible and tailored to what you need. I can help with set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management, or anything else that comes up.
It’s an easy, stress-free way to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your event without worrying about the details.
HOW IT WORKS

Your wedding day should be about celebrating, not managing timelines or answering vendor questions.
My role is to handle the logistics behind the scenes so you can stay present and truly enjoy every moment.

Send through an enquiry with your wedding date to check availability and receive a personalised quote.
STEP 02
secure your date
Once you’re ready to proceed, a 30% deposit will officially lock in your wedding date.
STEP 03
pre-wedding planning
In the lead up to your wedding, I’ll send questionnaires to gather important details such as your timeline, vendor contacts, visionboard and key moments. We’ll also organise a call to get to know each other and chat through your plans, walking through the runsheet together to ensure everything is organised and flowing smoothly. I’m always available if any questions pop up along the way.
STEP 04
on the day coordination
On the day, I’ll oversee the timeline, liaise with vendors, guide key moments, and assist with styling details such as setting up décor, signage, and favours to ensure everything looks beautiful and runs seamlessly so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
